What’s in a tag line? We wanted to find a quick way to say the most important thing to remember about what makes Basnett Design-Build-Remodel unique: We build comfort.

Comfort has multiple shades of meaning: ease, confidence, trust, pleasure, warmth, and so on.
Building means both construction and increasing—as in confidence builds (grows) the more we work together.

The main goal of our professionalism and value-added service is to ensure your comfort at every level of the process: planning, construction, and living in your home. At Basnett DBR we understand that construction may be a wholly unfamiliar process that can cause a great deal of anxiety. We use our expertise to help you build an understanding of this complex process. Project development is not a concept well understood, even within the industry, thus we are here to fully communicate to you all that is involved. We begin our role as advisors by providing a clear explanation of what you will be getting into, openly and thoroughly, so that there are no (unpleasant) surprises. • Project Development Agreement (PDA). Our planning process as implemented through our PDA allows you to take steps as you are ready, and commit to construction only when you are satisfied—comfortable with the plan, price, and construction process to come.
• Feasibility study. Recognizing the need to start with the small but crucial step of feasibility study ensures your ability to proceed before spending too much time or money.
• Design. When you design with us, you take comfort in knowing our only goal is to listen and provide thoughtful suggestion and creative ideas to help you discover your best design solution. Our iterative design process ensures your confidence that you won’t settle for a design that does not answer every issue involved.
• Interim pricing. Providing interim pricing in conjunction with design allows you to know your concept meets your budget so you avoid the discomfort and disappointment of falling in love with an unachievable dream.
• Construction commitment discount. Our construction commitment discount adds to your confidence in value received.
• Handling permits. Taking care of permits for you relieves you of another of construction’s potentially complex processes.
• Selections consultation. Our selections assistance adds to your comfort in knowing all elements will be as you wish, delivered on time without last-minute decision stress, and the finished look will be pulled together and beautiful.
• Fixed-price contract. A fixed-price contract means you can be comfortable that there will not be unmanageable cost over-runs.
